1. How to do instant call?

KnowEx Instant Voice Call lets you change from texting to an instant voice call. How to do instant call you can follow the few steps:

Note:You have successfully sign in / sign up before going to the user instant call screen. Here are some of the steps listed below to navigate to the instant call screen.

• After successful sign in / sign up you will navigate to KnowEx landing screen. Now click on bar icon present at the left corner of the screen as shown on Fig: 1.1 listed below.
• A sidebar open, select expertise tab as shown in Fig: 1.2 listed below.

• After clicking on expertise tab it will navigate to expertise listing. Now click on hand icon tile will expand select call icon as shown on Fig: 1.3 and Fig:1.4 listed below.

• It will navigate to you question screen, select question given there or also add new question and click on call icon as shown on Fig: 1.5 listed below.
• After that you will navigate to calling screen where you make either video or audio call as shown on Fig: 1.6 listed below
