Block/unblock a user
KnowEx Provide Include personal details about your life. Your bio can include some information outside of your personal work history. Some people list Previous employees, education, personal interests, fun facts, or pets in their bios to show their personality in KnowEx Profile Page.
1. How to block a user?
Note: A user can easily block another user by going to his profile and selecting the block account option which will be displayed by tapping on the top right tab of the user. Users will be added to the list of blocked users. Here are some of the steps listed below to navigate to the Block/Unblock a User.
- After successful sign in/sign up you will navigate to KnowEx landing screen as shown on Fig: 1.1 listed below.
- On this landing screen you may tap on the expertise tab as shown on Fig: 1.2 listed below.

Fig 1.2 - A new screen will appear. Select the expert you want to block or report. Click on profile icon as shown on Fig:1.3 listed below.
Fig 1.3 - You will navigate on user profile, click on three dots from the top right corner from the screen, a dropdown will appear click on block account option as shown on Fig: 1.4 or Fig: 1.5 listed below.

Fig 1.5 2. How to unblock a user?
Note: For checking the list of blocked users, the user just needs to go to the settings panel of his profile where the blocked user's tab will be displayed. On tapping the tab, a list of blocked users will be displayed. Here are some of the steps listed below to navigate to the see Blocked user list.
- After successful sign in/sign up you will navigate to KnowEx landing screen as shown on Fig: 1.1 listed below.
- On this landing screen you may tap on the user avatar on the top right corner of the screen as shown on Fig: 1.2 listed below.

Fig 1.2 - After tapping on the user avatar, a dropdown popup will open where as you may tap on Setting option as shown on Fig: 1.3 listed below.
- After tapping on the Setting option you will navigate to the setting screen where you may tap on blocked Users tab as shown on Fig: 1.4 listed below.
