1. How to update mobile number ?

Note:KnowEx Provides Update a mobile number from your profile account in your in basic info tab. You can follow some steps for changing contact numbers On the Basic Info screen you may update your mobile number, steps are listed below to add your profile image.

• On this basic info screen click on the pencil icon on the right side of the mobile number section as shown on Fig: 5.1 listed below.
• You will navigate to the Change mobile number screen and here you need to enter your existing password. And after entering the current password hit the Next button as shown on Fig: 5.2 listed below.

• After hitting the Next button you will navigate to the Change mobile number screen where you may add your new mobile number. After entering the new mobile number tap the Update button as shown on Fig: 5.3 listed below.
• After tapping on the Update button a confirmation code will be sent to this mobile number and you need to enter that confirmation code to the screen and after that hit the update button on this screen as shown on Fig: 5.4 listed below.

• After hitting the Update button your mobile number will be changed and updated on KnowEx server and you will navigate to the Basic Info page and your updated mobile number will display here as shown on Fig: 5.5 listed below.
